No, we don’t run direct public take-back programs ourselves. We operate as a business-to-business partner, managing take-back programmes for specific fashion brands. However, we love supporting the community. If you are running a local sustainability initiative and need a partner or support, please feel free to reach out to us!
We only accept clothing items returned through the specific brands we partner with, so we cannot accept general public donations. If you have clothes in good condition that you’d like to donate, we highly recommend checking out the curated list of local donation points on Recyclopedia.
Yes, we do, by request! If you, an organisation, or someone you know is in need of clothes or raw upcycling materials, please reach out to us. We are always happy to redirect items to where they can do the most good.
